Update
- The submission deadline is extended to September 20, 2016 (Final)
- The QoS-SC Workshop is partially sponsored by the Research Coordination Network (RCN) on Big Data/Smart Cities, which is supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF). Up to three US-based authors of accepted full-length papers will be awarded RCN Fellowship for Big Data/Smart Cities (worth $2000), to present their paper at the QoS-SC Workshop and to participate in the CIC conference. The RCN Fellowship funds may be used for conference registration and travel support. Early career investigators will have priority in receiving the RCN Fellowship.
